Return Policy

RETURN of a BRAND NEW product within 30 days:

All brand new items must be returned in the exact same condition as we sent it. If you open a product or remove it from the plastic, that product is no longer eligible for return. Once a product has been opened the warranty is activated and the buyer is responsible to contact the manufacturer for support or replacement of the product. We must receive unopened returns back within 30 days. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders. Please make sure to place a note in the package with your order number and a brief description explaining why you are returning the item. Also, please be sure to indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Follow these steps carefully, as these steps are vital to getting the matter resolved in a timely fashion. Once we receive the returned product I will take the appropriate action. All refunds are issued within 2 - 3 business days of the reception of your returned merchandise.


RETURN of a USED / REFURBISHED product within 30 days:

There will be a re-stocking fee for all used or refurbished products returned for reasons other than defects. We have a strict 30 day return policy so please make sure that you return within that time frame, otherwise we cannot accept your return. Please make sure to place a note in the package with your order number and a brief description explaining why you are returning the item. Also, please be sure to indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Follow these steps carefully, as these steps are vital to getting the matter resolved in a timely fashion. Once we receive the returned product I will take the appropriate action. All refunds are issued within 2 - 3 business days of the reception of your returned merchandise.



Returns cannot be accepted beyond 30 days. 

There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns(except defective items)

Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Do NOT add signature delivery to your returned package. This will only delay your return and possibly get the package returned to you. Follow these steps carefully, as this step is vital to getting your issue resolved in a timely fashion.
